Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds

After the returned product passes inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
